QBO interface with payroll has a lot of glitches, resulting in accurate posting of data to the general ledger. That's a huge problem!!! After a week of working with customer service (engaging in painfully long phone calls) they decided they can no longer assist me. What????!!! DO NOT USE QBO for your payroll processing!!! And if you have any kind of problem with their software be prepared to spend the day being routed between customer service reps that know less about the product than you do. This company is a scam. They will randomly hold money without any particular reason, make you jump through tons of hoops to get it, then not even release it. They told me that they had 2 days to come to a conclusion, they are on week 3. 1 whole week was sacrificed because they forgot about my case and it fell out of cue. This company is a joke and im guessing that they have big companies pay them money to maliciously sabotage small business to reduce completion. I have been client of Intuit since my practice started in 2007. I sat on the Intuit Accountants Council for a few terms, and have met with and even shaken the hand of **** *****, prior CEO ( who knew that I built my firm with their product from the ground up to over 400 clients) and knew I was in Cannabis and offered Cannabis Accounting & Tax. I am sadly disappointed. I contacted intuit in May 2021 to secure a quickbooks membership for a new business. I told them my needs, and they helped me to sign up for the online plan that would be best for our business. I had to call back several times because my specific needs could not be met in the plan I received. I upgraded twice before I finally reached someone that indicated I needed a desktop version. I am also filing a complaint. They sent the wrong download for the product I ordered-you can't reach a live person except thru chat and they are all completely incompetent. They placed an order for the wrong version and then charged me for both the right and the wrong. Took me five tries just to get the right one

I was tricked into purchasing a deluxe version of their tax preparation. I made about $10,000 last year (XXXX) I have no dependents and nothing extra to go with my taxes. It was an easy simple file. But instead I was somehow signed up for their deluxe version that was suppose to be taken out of my refund. They took it off of my debit card the day I got paid and I was unaware so when I was going to pay my rent today I didnt have enough money because they took $110 out of my bank account. This company ripped me off for $315! I used them to file my taxes and it was supposed to cost $90. They were supposed to take that out of my tax return before it can't to me and it hasn't come yet. So instead they pulled $315 out of my bank account instead! It's the same day I was planning on paying my rent! Instead I have to figure out where I'm going to get the money to pay it, while haggling with their stupid customer service support people who literally open a case with you over the phone and then close the case as soon ... read more

Intuit is in my 40+ years of professional experience the worst company in regard to customer service I have ever encountered. I am retired and volunteer as the accountant for a non-profit whose mission is to provide both support and advocacy for people that are living their daily lives with diagnosed mental illness.
