The worst customer experience of my entire life. They hang up on you all the time, make you wait, and don't answer your questions. When I say worst experience I mean, they're losing me money due to how poorly their support is. And IM PAYING THEM HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER YEAR. I. AM. IN. AWE. They do not deserve even ONE star. Filed my return with Turbo Tax and applied for the refund advance. I could have filed for free, but was forced to pay the $39 fee to TurboTax because I wanted the advance. They also make you sign up for a Credit Karma checking account in order to do this. Turbo Tax owns Credit Karma so they get two "perks" from this. We used Turbotax for a lot years. Last year, we found that Turbotax said we owe a lot money again, so we took 3 year taxes that we filed on Turbotax to an accountant and found out that the federal and state owes us a lot money for all 3 years. DON'T USE TURBOTAX!!!!!!!

Terrible, when filing taxes their system forces the person filing to file both federal and state taxes. I tried to take state taxes off of being filed but couldn't find a way to do this so I didn't fill out the state tax form, and gave my credit card info, I was charged for filing both federal and state taxes. I have requested a refund that is pending.
The fact that they make people pay to file the tax returns for unemployment is pretty sleazy. Just came here to say so.
In December 31st Turbo Tax prepaid system was down, because they were having technical difficulties with a partner. They were down for the greater part of the day, when it let me take out of my vault which was $244 they made a mistake and gave me and extra 485 in my account. Fast forward on January 5th I go to Safeway to make a purchase and my account is negative 485 dollars. Intuit use Arise Virtual Platform as services agents posing as Intuit employee's to answer Quickbook Customers questions for them. Arise Virtual Platform is dysfunctional and mistreats their contractors they hire to answer Quickbook calls.. Filed my wife and my own income tax with TurboTax Expert Full Service for nearly 300$ and had a great return. Until Months later my wife received a reassessment and massive bill of over 2700 $. So we broke down and paid it. Now I just received another bill for 4070 $ for a mistake they made on my tax return! Unreal.
