I created a case on November 10th because I need to revert/delete paystubs I paid to myself as business owner. I didn't have my payroll set up yet, so really this data only exists in their system. I called and created the case. I was advised it could take 10-15 business days but it would be then by then. It wasn't a complicated issue. I'm a Quicken customer. Displaying a note to renew the subscription across the whole width of your screen losing 25% of screen real estate when using the program is a very bad practice. As an international customer, so I cannot use the online features anyway, why I'm forced to renew the subscription?
I bought TurboTax - Home & Business 2021 Federal + E-File & State for Windows [Digital] and the License Key for TurboTax didn't work. I sent email to your organization and I haven't gotten any response or feedback from your company at all. You want people to pay for your product but the security code doesn't work at all and we have to go through hoops for something we paid. Early yesterday I spent more than an hour on the phone with a "customer service" (NOT!) representative trying to close an old Quickbooks account and re-open a new one. What a mess. Finally the rep said things were fixed and she sent me an email with a link to create a new password *** the new account. But it was for the old account! Such a horrible experience!!!!They owe me $9000 that a client paid into my intuit/quickbooks account and are holding it but refused to approve me as a vendor. They have had my money since Feb 2020, told me I would be paid by the state on Dec 5th and now changed their mind and said I have to wait until June 2022. Basically they are making interest from a start up company that nearly went under because they refuse to allow anyone to speak to a manager - they should be ashamed, I would love it if anyone could help me ******

Quick books is a scam. Once they get your credit card you can never get them to stop billing you even when you advise them your business is closed. I wasted hours trying to communicate with a real person and yet I still get billed for companies that have been closed down for over a year. The only way I could resolve the billing issue was to cancel my credit card.
They charged my card two years in a row for something I did not order or use. This was something my wife used before she passed **** in 2019. When I call to dispute it they say the can't find anything to stop billing me! They keep putting me on hold. When I ask for someone else to help me they say call back or put me on hold. They clearly do not try to help remove charges from my credit card. If they tried they could tell turbo tax has not been used.
My contractor used Intuit Quickbooks as a way for clients to pay for services, only for the money to be withdrawn from the bank accounts and not paid to the contractor. In my case, they are holding funds, $69,000 for practically a month-October 17th; they had the funds! That should be illegal! They are holding on to money that is not theirs and should go to the contractors working with deadlines! There are no departments that they claim to name on the "recorded" line.
