I ordered 2029/2020 tax download for 159.99. I was charged on Nov 11 for 159.99. Then I was charged 2 more times of 159.99 each on Nov 13. I have called turbotax to get the funds refunded, but the agent stated she on saw 1 charge and said I need to dispute with bank. How can they not see 3 charges when 3 charges went through my bank account and not pending. And for them not to be able to correct this or help is wrong. I have been charged 479.97 in total when it was supposed to be only 159.99

This company has the worst customer service. They have no email support option and only give you the option to call (most of whom are foreign or have very poor line connections, making communication extremely challenging) or their text chat, which cause disconnections extremely frequently. Their charges have increased significantly over the last couple years and their service disruptions have gotten worse. I hope this is the right company I have a QuickBooks account. For the last two weeks I've been trying to get my money out of QuickBooks to transfer to my bank account I guess it's something with intuitive and Green Dot I was literally on hold spoke to four different people for two and a half hours for them to tell me what we already knew that the information was wrong why I couldn't access my money I gave them all the information that they needed my business address my home address my business phone number my personal number... read more

I made it clear to my so-called account manager that I did NOT want Proseries software moving forward. It is horrible and the utter lack of customer service with Intuit is beyond disbelief. I have purchased software elsewhere and made that very clear. In the meantime, I asked my account manager to make sure the software was off of autopay as there is no way to contact a billing or customer service department. I would give these jerks a 0 if possible. I received my latest ID notify update, and when I tried to open it with Google chrome. I was prompted to make sure I have the latest version, I checked, and I do. I also have windows 11, so I am totally updated. I called their " lack of customer service #" , the first gay told me to switch browsers. When I told him , no, I am not changing my computer for their error, he hung up. This company is a joke. Twice now they have held funds for no reason. They take the funds from the customers bank so we can't even ask for a different way of payment and hold them indefinitely. We have accrued lates fees already and are unable to pay our rent right now. We worked hard for this money and I've talked to like 10 different people. All have given me different answers. Do not EVER EVER EVER purchase Quickbooks software. I am on the phone with a base level tech & I cannot understand her becuase her rooster is crowing. Seriously. I purchased PRO 2019 as a next gen product & spent 20 plus hours with tech services as the data would not migrate. They finally got it to work & now once a year they make you update the software. It never works. So more hours on the phone because eventually you get locked out of the product that you paid good money for. SO this is supposed to be a free service. Toda... read more

Intuit QuickBooks Online is the worst product for accounting. As accountant, I work with many different types of accounting software. QBO has the worst customer service and is the least intuitive software to use of them all. I waste countless hours waiting on hold for support issues, only to have them not resolve the problem. The number of times my support issue has been elevated to a software engineering team - because the software is not doing what it is supposed to do - is staggering. Do not ever use QuickBooks accounting software for your business. Quickbooks is in the business of destroying small businesses. Signing up for Quickbooks cash to receive payments was the worst decision I have made concerning payment processing.
