Upon calling customer service, I was hung up on after asking why an unsecured website came up between the safe site and the safe site loading again. I left a review... https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/site-security/00/XXXXXXX Here is a screenshot: https://transfersh.com/117Jpz/turbotaxhole.png

I have a very small company. I am a young black woman who is new to the business and I just opened my business in December. I run a virtual call center that offers opportunities for people to work from home. I know how it feels to be held back because I didn't have what I needed to get started. So I offered home office equipment leasing for people who worked under my company. It turns out, that people are not honest. Every single person that signed leasing agreements left the company, and only one of them ever made a payment... read more

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My business has used Quickbooks for more than ten years. We do so only because our national franchise affiliation requires us to do so. Not only is their interface overly complicated for really small businesses, their customer service is horrible. Resolution times often take forever. Customer service reps are obviously trying to communicate with English being their second language. Over the past couple of years, it appears that Intuit is doing their best to force us off their desktop... read more

I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone talking/chatting wtih 10 different individuals in an attempt to update my bank information. I still have no resolution and have been asked to wait an additional 2 days at which time I suspect another test transaction will be made to my bank account only to find that it does not show up in my quick book/intuit software. My tax payments were not made after I e filed either. I suspect I will have to cancel the service. I have spent an entire work day not earning income but sitting on t... read more

So many people are not getting there tax returns in a timely fashion due to the pandemic, and so many are struggling to make ends meat. Intuit (Turbotax) seems keen on holding it's customers feet to the flames in regards to the fees they charge. They could wait until peoples tax returns come in. I mean, the dirt bags will get there money... they would just have to wait a little longer is all. Wait a little longer till our tax returns come in, the working stiff really wins if they do that. $60 is a lot to working people right... read more

Quickbooks Merchant Services is actively destroying its customers. We have been using quickbooks to process invoices and payments for a few weeks now and they are withholding over $22K of payments. I understand the need for compliance checks, but this goes beyond necessary, to the point where I firmly believe they try to keep funds as long as possible to get the interest float. They initially asked for some information regarding invoices (mind you, the invoices are processed through their software). Once submitted they said ... read more

Their customer service is reprehensible. They refuse to correct issues that were caused by their own employees uploading our company into a QuickBooks Online account. They have told me it is my own problem to fix, even though it was caused by their own employees. They refuse to give out a customer service phone number.

Quickbooks Payments is the worst electronic payment processing service I have ever encountered. When a customer signs up for Quickbook Payments, they must agree to the terms and conditions, including their fees. Among their terms and conditions is that they retain the right to hold payments due a merchant pending verification. What they don't disclose is that their verification process is the most archaic, intrusive, document-heavy "process" known to man. Here's what their support site says regarding holding payments, what ... read more
