Terrible company! Avoid doing business with them if you can. That includes Mint.com, TurboTax, QuickBooks and more. Absolutely terrible customer service!! Up there with the worst ever. They heavily lobby congress to avoid making making taxes an automated process. Would you prefer not to have to do your taxes? Well, that could have been a reality if not for Intuit's lobbying. There are multiple problems with their products as well. Do not trust them. Do not use them!

I called them numerous times and the business customer service reps service is horrible. I was charged 160.00 and told it would be by direct deposit and still no refund for being charged by the deluxe package.

Turbo Tax charged me $87 to file my taxes and it was supposed to come out of my tax return. Somehow, it didnt, so they were going to auto debit right from my checking account. I called to postpone this as my husband was laid off due to COVID 19. They were able to postpone, but for only 2 weeks. I called again to see about postponing until we were back to full income and they told me no, but they could waive the fee all together due to my circumstances. Turbo Tax tried to charge me $60 to file my federal taxes and $40 to file state when I qualified for free according to the federal and state programs. Their reason for charging me was because I had unemployment benefits included in my income. I ended up using another online program.

Turbotax card is all a scam this company is not helpful hope there is a legal recourse I can take against them deceitful and underhanded practices delaying stimulus behind their incompetents.

Did not forward our direct deposit info to the IRS for stimulus payment. Horrible customer service. Also charged me for tax prep that should have been free!

This company seriously needs to be investigated. My wife has been using their services and invoicing her clients and getting paid by them for many years now. In a recent transaction, her client authorized a payment to her several weeks ago but yet Intuit Quckpay refuses to pay the amount and instead has been putting up a series of questions to delay processing and sites that they are "reviewing" the transaction. After the stimulus payment debacle I'll never do my taxes through them or SBBT. Also, they "advice" you to use "services" you don't technically need. Example: not needing their "plus" or "delux" edition to do your taxes. They're con-artists of the worst kind that pray on lower income individuals by making them think they HAVE to have the services they charge for and not just directing them to the free edition.
