If I could give less than 1 star I would. I don't even know where to start with this company. Poor customer service, false advertisements, and false business practices. I've been working to resolve issues since February. I've spent countless hours on the phone with these guys chatting with them and never could got my issue resolved. I've spoke to a dozen agents and several supervisors bc the service codes provided to me weren't working. I've had orders placed for me with a license code. Didn't work. Intuit, Inc TurboTax - I used this service for the first time in 2021. It is a horrible product. It is not user friendly, customer service ! forget it. They solve nothing because no one knows how to resole anything and everything is an additional charge. Once you file, good luck trying to get copy of your return. Something has changed, and it's bad this year. My husband filed a simple return the same as last year. This year they are trying to charge him $139. He's going to skip it and go back to paper filing. What a letdown. Use something else and don't waste your money.

I converted from desktop end of life May 22 to Online. Intuit could not get payroll to work and constant white screen. Payroll nor data team were useless and all say they cant help or the ticket was never escalated. Hope you do not get offshore support. Pick another company this one is a was of time. They let my company hang and not meet payroll with no care. Consumers beware.

Ugh, I wish I'd read these reviews before trying TurboTax. What a nightmare. I used it because I do my bookkeeping in QuickBooks, but these two branches of the same company, which I was paying for in a bundle, do not work together. our company was using quickbooks payroll from intuit and have had the worst experiences with all customer service agents. We were told a hold would be taken off our account in one day via chat support only to find out that agent wasn't telling the truth. Had to cancel the services to avoid missing payroll to pay employees. rude agents, poor training, lies from all departments. after multiple instances of working with different chat agents none of the issues were resolved and led to many issues with payroll and taxes. worst c... read more

I like to use Turbo Tax because it is easy to use and I never have to pay for the service unless I want to or need to. This year 2021 I did my tax but unlike normal Turbo Tax charged me two fees witch cost me $70 that I did not agree too. Plus they did not do my Taxes correctly. Resulting in less than then the refund amount. I was unaware of the $39 process fee. They also took anther $39 for the process to go faster, which I did not agree on. I told them I got my stimulus check and they still misrepresented on my tax return.

Extremely disappointing; purchase identity theft protection elsewhere and spend your money on a CPA if you need it when an audit comes up. When filing my 2021 taxes earlier this year, I selected every option TurboTax presented on their website as an add-on service for an additional fee. I have followed the same process for years. Intuit quickbooks has to have the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. Not only are they rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional; but they hold small businesses money for 7 to 14 business days. When you call to find out anything especially about your companies money they either act like they have no idea where it is or they get nasty over the phone and tell you that they will send it to you whenever they please.
