I used this for the first time and it was trash. As I was filling the information out it said I did NOT qualify for the "lifetime learning credit". Then when I was trying to finalize it the system promoted me to pay because I qualify for the lifetime learning credit. I did the process all over again and came up with the same information (told I didn't qualify but wasn't able to file the taxes unless I paid because I now somehow qualified). My tax return was rejected because of an AGI discrepancy according to TT but my tax transcript of 2020 showed the exact amount I entered into my 2021 return. I called Intuit to speak to an agent and registered for a call back. I received a call back saying an agent was calling but nobody was on the line. This happened twice. The directions given by their robot to correct the problem were unable to solve it.

Horrible service. They are holding tax returns. Unable to get in contact with a person. Avoid at all cost.

False advertisement, poor customer service, and a lack of willingness to rectify the issues. I filed a return through turbo tax, was informed that it would not be free because of a health savings account, then received an adjusted return from the irs last year. This year, I received an email stating that if there were errors on my previous return I would have my taxes done free. It did not allow me to do this. After contacting customer service and letting them know, I also had discount codes from 2 other companies they did n... read more

Avoid this company. It's a scam!!!'I only gave one star because I had to in order to open the review section. I spent 5 1/2 hours submitting my tax info paid their fee plus the fraud protection plan only to have my return rejected. The rejection was not their fault however when I tried to get help they just kept passing ** to another rep that would then tell me I was sent a link to resolve it and nothing! They told me to call the irs and they were not able to access any info to help me with the fraud that had occurred. I ask... read more

Do not use Turbo Tax Live Full Service. My tax expert completed my taxes and the next step is the option to review with the expert before filing. I had not paid. As we're on the phone he says that he can't review until I pay. After I paid he denied filing my taxes as he felt a my schedule K1 from my business tax preparer was done incorrectly. I asked Intiut for my $400 back which they promptly denied. Do not use Intuit Services.

I opted to pay full service since I did not understand some complex situations. The company is usually unresponsive and repeatedly asked for documents I already sent in. I have no clue if I will be able to file on time because I get no responses when I asked them to call me.. very dissatisfied When I complain, they want someone else to start all over on my case. I filed my taxes this year for electronic deposit. I received a check from GreenDot bank with $69 worth of processing fees taken out stating they could not deposit electronically. I was not contacted in any way to consent to this. TurboTax is taking NO responsibility claiming its a third party so I have to contact them. If they are using ANY third party that takes money from people without their consent, they should take responsibility for that companies actions with people.
