On the tax forum I was supposed to get my full refund to just find out through a bank statement of a deposit from TPG Products (never seen before I and I used TurboTax for years) and is was over $1,500 less than what I was owed. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for almost 30 minutes. No luck. Definitely not using TurboTax after this mistake and their filing is not free as they advertise. They have been overcharging me for the payroll service since I opened my business last year. They have been charging me for 32 employees which is what I started with when I opened. I now only have 20 employees and have had 20 for the last 6 months. I have called about this multiple times and every time they assure me that they will fix it and issue me a refund but it never happens and every month I am billed the same amount.

Went to do my taxes with turbotax this year and man was that a mistake they changed me $147 to file me and my wife's taxes even though I was consistently told that to file it would be FREE. Then they tacked on fee after fee after fee got charged 3 times just to put in 4 W-2's what a rip-off. Just a greedy company that wants to take every cent they can out of American families pockets. What a joke of a company I hope the lawsuit they have with the FTC brings this company to its knees.

I was overcharged for using their services, not only that. I was also told? The amount, i would be getting back for following is $1587, Which they told me they can take it out of my return, or? I would have to pay out of pocket, But the promotion they were running say their services, was free, Instead? I was charged the amount of $323.46, Which the total i received back was in the amount of $187.00, So i was taken advantage of and they were definitely dishonest. And i will never use their services ever again!!!

I do not recommend using Turbo Tax. They have hidden fees. When I inquired about them and asked them to correct their issue, I was told no. And was unable to speak to a manager. I paid for my taxes with my ATM and was supposed to be charged $2.50. Instead, they stated it was a credit card and charged almost 2 percent of my payment. Which was an absorbent amount of money. I didn't approve of this transaction. I will never use Turbo Tax again and will be sure to let everyone know of the company's poor tactics.

For you consecutive years, my tax return has been rejected because of internal issues in their software. The IRS confirmed they have been experiencing issues with this since 2021 and have been neglecting to inform consumers. I reviewed my bank account and determined a refund was never issued. I do my taxes through them every year for many years now and this year they wanted to charge me my cc information was already on my account. I never clicked ok for them to run my card I had to log out and do something else and a few seconds later I get a notification from my bank that they charged my card $133 for their products I never used because of this and them refusing to give me my money back due to them not giving satisfaction guarantees for their online products. I recently purchased an older version of QB because I simply cannot give them my money perpetually for their online software. I find it nothing short of corporate greediness for them to move to a model that only allows a monthly subscription rather than the previous model that allowed people to buy outright their software and use it until it no longer met their needs.
