I enrolled in a Basic plan with QuickBooks Online , (owned by Intuit.) I had nothing but problems using it. I had problems logging in, so decided to cancel my subscription less than 6 months into it. Because of this and general dissatisfaction with this product, I requested a refund. They (QBO) promised I would get it, but declined after I submitted my request online. I lost time and money, and was never able to fully use the product. QBO stinks!

This year Intuit sent me an email informing me they were turning off features in the software I bought from them two years ago. They advised me to purchase their new subscription cloud service at a rate of three times what I paid for the original software. And that rate would be charged every year. Called their support / sales to discuss the issue. They kept me on hold for over an hour, then the robotic voice came back on and said "you're still waiting?" And hung up on me. I really dislike this company. It is really disappointing. We were pretty much forced to upgrade last year to the newest version at that time. Since then, I have had nothing but trouble with glitches and issues. Anytime I reach out for help, I am told that there is something else I need to buy that I do not have. Even today, I had a simple question about an account. Im still waiting for them to submit/released my 2020 tax return to the IRS. Been calling them for a year now. SMH.
Intuit Quick Books took $500.00 from our credit card without authorization May 30,2022 even after we Fed Ex'ed a check to them for $1099.98 on May 23, 2022 that included the $500 payment. Since June we have been calling them to refund the $500.00 to our Credit Card Account. Every time we called them they tell us that someone will call us back within 30 minutes. No one calls back. The worst company and customer service in the world. They tie up your money for months on end and do not update you with status updates and their agents are incompetent and clueless about what is going on. Poorly training and just keeps holding on to your money! They will not let you speak to anyone in Risk Management about your open cases with disputes and agents know nothing and just hang up on you. I want my money!
