**************** is awful, the automated machine is a bigger pain than Ive ever experienced. Website told me a higher return than I received. When I called in to figure out why, they told me the higher number was probably just a glitch. I told them I was unsatisfied with the answer and would like to speak to another representative if that is all the solution theyd give me. The rep put me on hold for *********************************************************

So I've been calling and asking if they received my refund check from IRS because when I filed my taxes I paid fee's with refund which opt me into a refund advance I selected direct deposit to my bank account however in order to receive the advance the federal refund had to go into credit karma account which is now tied to the TurboTax products so as of today they finally admitted they have been holding my refund since February 17th and they told TurboTax they will not make the funds available until after midnight tonight I'... read more

They illegally hold your return, even after verifying your identity. Having to start a new account was the instruction given after being locked out of an account used for years. Having all the correct and exact information as filed before. I filed my return on the 2nd, verified the information the same day and the next three days, and finally, after five different "product specialists gave and led with false information(worked as a service agent . these agents purpose and knowingly gave false information when caught started ... read more

Overall ok except when you are required to pay for a ******* tax return and to print it. Then you find out there is no returnjust a few words on a page that make no sense. Tried calling for over an hour but response was like speaking on a phone thru water.

They only want your money. They will not help in the slightest. You can call TurboTax but they will not help you and they will take a lot of money but will not refund it even with the customer satisfaction guarantee.

Intuit will not allow me to put in my IRA deduction. My mother is a CPA and a tax attorney and says that there is a glitch in the system as I meet the income requirement to be allowed as I do not have an employer paid IRA. This would reduce what we owe by almost a thousand dollar. I have emailed them several times and they are not responding so we will just file on our own. How many others just allowed this and did not realize?

TurboTax claims to be compatible with Coinbase, but it is not unless you only trade one type of cryptocurrency. Literal false advertisement. I wasted four hours trying to import information from Coinbase, only to be told by their "Live expert" that I would have to spend an additional 80$ on a separate file from Cointracker for a file that is actually compatible. Incomprehensible.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Almost impossible to reach a customer service rep. And that automated system is maddening. I made a typo on my return and IRS rejected.Turbo Tax will not update from pending and I cannot refile. No one can help. If I had not used Turbo Tax previous years, I would change. This is dreadful.
