Extremely deceptive pricing, possibly illegal? Cost comes to $89.00 for the product, but then no matter how you pay there is an excessive payment method charge. To pay with a card charges a high % of your rate. To pay with your refund charges $39.00. The cost of the product is never the actual cost once you include the payment method charge.

A simple 1040 only a w2 for my taxes and charged me 188.00...i called they said because I selected assistant chat! No I didn't I had no assistance with my taxes was 1 simple w2 ...there site states free or 49.00 ..called for a refund but was not able to get one.I would not recommend using turbo!I got ripped off my this company!

I just learned what "Stand alone software" means. BE AWARE THAT WHEN YOU GO WITH A SUBSCRIPTION BASE SOFTWARE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT FOREVER IF YOU WANT TO VIEW YOUR DATA. I switched to quickbooks back in 2014 because Peachtree started the same subscription crap that Intuit has. I unknowingly purchased quickbooks small business accounting 2022, Desktop Pro Plus from Sam's Club and started using same in March of 2022. I paid 50 bucks to get a disc to file, then i paid 50 dollars in hidden fees at the end when i was done filing taxes. If i was told from the start it was gonna be 100 dollars i wouldnt have bought it

They use a transfer bank that takes almost half your tax return! No disosure of this anywhere...

My taxes got rejected because of a small mistake I made- no big deal. When I called for help the customer service rep- 'Sean" was so rude I will never use your service again.

I used the service in the past but for the past two years I haven't. They have blown up my e-mail inbox dispite me unsubscribing multiple times.

Intuit was hacked and therefore they hacked my Bank of America information. The hacker then wired approximately $20,000 out of my business's checking account and Intuit told me there's nothing they can do to get my money back because I didn't notify them before 5 days. After freezing my account, It took a week for BOA to inform me that it wasn't their responsibility and to call Intuit. Too late by then. I recommend any other payroll services who can protect your banking information.

Told me I needed to purchase a specific software in order to file my taxes because I have canadian bank accounts and couldn't do it through the website. Paid for and downloaded the software, went to file and it told me I am unable to file through that software. Tried to call customer service and they said I have to file a form online to request a refund.
