After 6 hours on the phone and 9 different techs in a 3-week time span, the issue is still not resolved to try to simply get into my account. The problem is "on their end," they say, and is "being worked on", and yet other techs say the problem is on my end, but everything they try does not work...on their end or my end! There is no direct number to call for tech support, and techs cannot transfer you to a supervisor. Only callbacks are done...at least they are SUPPOSED to be done. If I could give zero stars, I would have. They did my taxes incorrectly and now I owe money to the IRS. I paid for tax audit, but they refused to release my information to them so tax audit could help. Using them was the worse decision ever.

QuickBooks creates a circular maze of customer support that all but guarantees anyone you speak to will not be able to resolve your issues. I recently canceled my account with them due to a litany of issues; two hours after I received confirmation that it was canceled, my account was switched to a different product entirely and I was charged for a monthly subscription to that. What Company Can reach into someone's business checking account and reverse funds without authorization or approval. This is against the law and its fraud. We will be seeking Legal action against Intuit Business Solutions.

I was auto billed for quickbooks on 5/13/22 for $291.60. I immediately canceled and was told I would receive a full refund in 7-10 days. That didn't happen. After several phone calls and many hours later, I received a refund of $262.84 on 6/16/22. I have been assured by several customer service reps (I called several times with zero confidence each time) that the amount that would be credited was $291.60. TurboTax Intuit double charged for filing federal taxes - will not refund in full. Details of scam: 1) Opened TurboTax online acct. & had technical problems. 2) Turbo advised to just set up new acct. 3) Had Turbo full service prepare 2021 federal taxes = $393.00 (ok, no problem). 4) Turbo charged credit card $393 5/24/22 (ok) -AND- $168 4/6/22 (not ok, fraudulent). 5) Called XXX-XXXX six times to resolve with no luck and many hours invested. 6) Today 6/17/22 spoke to rep. & supervisor, Gil Ezechiel, said Turbo may pay partia... read more

Impossible to cancel product..after ten attempts online and following instructions. I called and it was horrid, idiotic robotic prompts. I even followed email link they sent. There is no option online, or phone. I used turbotax for ten years..never again, especially since they are being sued. They did 'fool' me into charges for first time this year..fortunately, they did not collect .but they still appear on my account.

They stole my money and caused my return to be held FOR MONTHS!! And they wouldn't help nor refund me!! They're thieves!! I had to fix the problem myself and my refund was significantly reduced! They did nothing more than cause me problems and steal my money! They cost more than HR Block and I never had issues with them. I regret using this awful company to do my taxes!

They will not refund me for services I did not use. I did not have the option to opt out of the services, did not use support services, and couldn't even efile. Since I didn't file, or use a professional support, I should not be charged for this service.
