what a rip off absolutely disgusting and they charge for a nice downtown hotel stay clear!!!
Absolutely NASTY! When first arrived was send to a room that was wide open! Staff moved us, & we was sent 6 floors up. When first got off elevator it smelled like straight mildew. Bags of trash was left in hallway. Bed had only 2 small pillows on each bed. (we had a double bed rm) We were referred here by AAA out of Fr.Bragg NC! Thinking it would be ok. This hotel is probably by far the worst one I’ve stayed at. We checked in Friday night and was shocked about how our room looked upon arrival. Every drawer was pulled out. Only sheets were on the bed, so we asked for blankets. This is day 3 of us being here and 4 times of asking for blankets we never received. We have no iron in our room and have also asked 3-4 times and still have yet to receive it. They do not answer the phones when calling. The lamps in our rooms have no light bulbs. Discussing old holes in walls lights broken then to top it off shower doesn't work general areas filthy as well doesn't look like a vacuum has been used for weeksssss
This hotel was by far the worst I have stayed in. They front desk never answers the phone, there was mold in the shower, the tv was broken, the hair dryer was broken, there were leaks in the ceilings, our shower wouldnt drain, the air conditioner leaked, almost all of the ice machines were broken, the maids didn’t clean room or bring new towels, and no microwave on property nor mini fridge in room. the staff was not friendly bad attitude no hot water at all the security guard was so sweet but that's it no one help the disable one it was not a good stay
horrible experience hotel is filthy eggs taste like FISH rundown rooms shortage of towels and amenities
