Terrible experience at check in. Waited an hour for check in. This must be the norm as the wait time was the same last year. The staff was very nonchalant about the service and this is a Wyndham property. Never have a function here again.
It would have been better if the facility you were holding the Job Fair had air!....

If I could rate less than a one star I would. One: my room had no blankets when I arrive. Second: to reach anyone at the hotel is next to impossible. Three: i recently left and tried to call them about items that were left in the room and for 3 days received no respond. On top of that when we finally received a respond, no one seems to know anything about any item left in the room. I will take a guess that either someone threw it away, or stole it. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and the personal running the hotel are h... read more
The place is a dump, overpriced dump. Pictures of the room show three lamps and a well lit room. There is one lamp in the room and an overhead light near the door. It's poorly lit. Two drawers of the dresser were missing. Couldn't use the phone to call the office because the phone cord was missing. The restaurant was horrible and overpriced as well. The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff that we encountered was friendly.
I will never stay there again it appeared that it was sitting on top of a deserted island the nearest stop was ten blocks away. The front of the lobby was kind of elegant and inviting. I give it a 2 star
Wow...Where do I start. Parking is 18 dollars a night. Who charges for parking @ a hotel in an area like that? The elevators are tiny, smell like the spray the maids are spraying all over the carpets because of the overall musky smell. The Breakfast is ten dollars is looks like any free breakfast a cheaper hotel would serve. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking upstairs. The highway is adjacent to the building and you hear big rigs and motorcycles all night long. They have coffee in the room but no coffee... read more
