First night our floor smelled terrible, our shower head was broke and flooded the floor while you showered and there was dead and alive lady bugs in our room. The next morninv Told the supervise about our shower head and was told it would be taking care of. 10 pm that night shower head was still broke, our floor still smelled bad and had no wash cloths. This place is a DISASTER! Here for the IPPE Expow, and it is one thing after another. A very frieystaff with lots of challenges
This looks good in pictures but the only thing nice at all about this place is the front lobby it is so old and outdated they have nothing for u inside the rooms no coffee no fridge no microwave it suppose to be downtown but we couldn’t tell we was down town the rooms are itchy and the floors stinks like cigerettes
Well the place just looks run down and is in need of sprucing up. Every floor smells like marijuana. Vending machine and ice machine are located on alternating floors. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. No fridge in the rooms. The A/C doesn’t cool good. The place just needs updating.
DON'T EVER STAY HERE. 2 words - Bed Bugs. My parents just got back from a week stay. The second night they found bed bugs. Immediately took pictures and notified the front desk. They were immediately moved to a different room. When they got back to the original room to get their luggage, room service had already gone through and NEVER CHANGED the sheets!!! Clean, pleasant staff close to downtown Atlanta and my location for training
This was my second time staying here. My last stay was a couple of days ago, New Years Eve. My favorite part of my stay was the shuttle service. The driver, Mr. Dee had such a pleasant attitude and was very helpful. This was a very busy time and traffic was horrible, but he made getting around the city not so stressful. The other staff members provided good customer service, room was clean and I experienced no problems.
No mini fridge or microwaves in regular room. House keeping never came this morning. Called the front desk and they said housekeeping would bring us towels, that was over an hour ago, still no towels, sucks that we have to stay here another night. $18 to park smh. When I checked in the attendant just told me to sign a paper and didn't give me any info, so I don't even know if there's a continental breakfast and if it's free. Hell, I don't care to know because it takes 5 hours to get on the elevator. There were eye lashes on ... read more
