I left there very disgusted. We had to be moved from the first room because it was nasty and it looked like vomit was on the floor. The second room was just about the the same but we stayed there because it was 3 am in the morning and we were tired.. I slept in my clothes because the bed did not look clean only to return home to find out from my doctor that I have BEDBUGS!! This whole experience has been horrible. Someone really needs to do something about this hotel. Rating is a 0 but it wasn't on the chart.
Scam �. Beware of hidden fees and credit card charges. Rooms are nasty and staff has no hospitality. Upon entering some don't even greet or acknowledge you . Gnats flying everywhere in the room. My only bad experience with a hotel and that's sad. I am still paying for my mistake of going there. Don't Do it!!!
They should really update the rooms. Most king executive suites have amenities like a mini frig, more than 1 towel and an alarm clock that works. The staff was polite.
This hotel overcharges you for every single thing! No refrigerator, no microwave? If you want that you have to pay 10 plus dollars per day for it. On top of that the parking is $18 per day! I was very dissatisfied with this hotel the moment after I checked in. It was totally not worth it at all. The next time I come to Atlanta I will not be staying here!
I didn't like it because there is no place to warm your food. The hotel don't offer any type of snacks for customers. I smelled weed in the hall coming from the room next door. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person. Bad for customers who thinks the hotel in a non-smoking place. Think again!!
No room service today very unprofessional came back from a full day to a dirty room
The hospitality was great, could've been a little cleaner! There was a tshirt half under the bed along with half eaten cheetos from previous guest(s)! The toilet roll was missing, so the toilet paper came flying out! There were a few red drop stains outside the bathroom. The waitress put in our food order, came back about 7 mins later to say she didn't know the chef left!
The food service suck the people was not really nice at all not it was a nice to me because I asked where the ice maker at and they sent me three different places they need better
Terrible place to stay no way to warm food or get is service desk person rude whatever you do dont do it they dont clean good very upset
