The rooms were not clean! My friends had to move rooms because there were nets and roaches.
Rude stafff took forever to check in & when we did room was dirty also was here for a 2 day staff was called by front desk which had a terrible attitude an said I need to come show ID also to pay another deposit after I already had paid for my nights in full an paid a deposit I always visit Atlanta but I will never stay at this hotel ever again nevertheless it’s my mom an son birthday terrible staff !!!!
SHUT DOWN!!! It is horrible, Not clean, not safe, and not honest or customer receptive. I hate I ever stayed there. Please do not patronize this business or enter at your own risk!!!
Filthy. Friendly staff, but the rooms and facilities are truly horrifying. If they filled the pool with bleach, I’d go for a swim over my gnarly, mold-crusted shower.
Ended up leaving a day early. Was nasty , smelt funny , and too expensive to be outdated. The employees were no help when we had problems with our room. Also parking cost $18 a day but they will tell you it’s free over the phone.
Hell no not a 4. My car was broken into on June 13th. I have call the Owner. FERRAN. Everyday Since. No return phone call. EURPOEAN CAT. He dont care. STOP PATRONIZING THIS HOTEL. THE ROBBERY LOOKED LIKE AN INSIDE JOB. SAID. CORPRATE HAS NOT EVEN RETURNED MY CALL WENDY GAVE ME A CLAIM REF# at corporate. So sad!
Terrible customer service. I checked in and entered my room to find dirty washcloths and towels in the restroom and the room had obviously not been properly cleaned. Only two elevators worked, and we waited forever on those. Pool closed at 7:00 although signs stated closing was at 10. The employee could not give a reason as to why the pool was closing early. This had to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
I love GREAT customer service! I give it myself and love to receive it! However, this place is severely lacking! My reservation was for one cost and I had to pay almost $200 above that! I was told there was a $150 deposit required along with $18/day for UNSECURED parking! My key stopped working and today when I checked out only one elevator was working! The staff needs to be trained in service and this hotel needs to be revamped completely! The location is KEY but the service is HORRIBLE!
