trying to check in to the hotel and there's over 100 people in line. only one front desk worke r. rideculous.
This is a pic of people out the door to check in !! Get to the front after over 30 mins to be told the room is “not ready”!!! Plus, apparently the AC doesn’t work in the lobby! Sweating and everyone is fanning themselves! Have a huge concert to be at by 7!! It’s okay, I didn’t really need to shower and eat dinner beforehand!!! Pitiful!!! 👎
I booked my room online in advance and they gave it to someone else. The room I got didn't have the refrigerator or microwave that was listed on the website. The A.C. had black gunk in it. smoke detector was hanging off the wall..
The light in the hallway in front of our room was out. The main light in the room was blown. It looked burnt. Only one elevator was working, and it was very slow. The carpet was nasty. It is in a bad neighborhood and was very scary to stay there. The ladies at the front desk were nice but that's the only good thing to say about it. No fridge, no microwave, no towels.

Only 1 elevator worked, pool was closed, no fridge in room, carpet was in bad shape, paid $156.00 for a horrible room when I could have stayed closer to town and still paid less. Will never recommend this place. Entrance gate wasn't working properly, had to pay for parking, false advertising, very disappointed, if something else would have been available I would have just left but nothing else was available. Rooms are dirty. Uneven furniture/wobbly. Lamp is broken.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were really dirty, bar not open, pool not open. Couldn’t even get a bottle of water vending machines empty. Had we have not paid up front we would not have stayed, luckily we had only booked one night!! The whole hotel is run down and very very dirty!
