Been waiting over an hour to check in. They had to know they were getting a large influx of people checking in. Should have been better prepared. They are a Conference Center after all. They should be used to large groups.
Burn this place down to the ground and start over!!! Worst hotel experience EVER!!!
no microwave no fridge water didn't get really hot only got warm...took forever & a day only to be told that they didn't have anymore food down in the BAR. 🤷♂️🤦♂️🤷♂️
No heat. No shower curtain and they didn’t replace after asking. Guest desk phone off the hook. 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for a room booked for 4 people.
Very dirty overall, lack of staff, no blankets, coffee $2.50 , scared to drink coffee in room, telephone was beyond fifty, something splashed all over back of entry door, changed rooms, front desk agent checked 2nd room and it was still fifty, carpet in hallways are horrific. I will not stay again.
Didn't have refrigerator nor microwave in room. Customer Service was great. Bistro wasn't open and expensive. Shutter bus didn't run. Also had roaches in room.
No hot water. Bar staff unfriendly and bar not well stocked. No heat in the room. We reported and they never contacted again about other accommodations. Overall it’s a HELL NO
