The location of this ‘lodge’ is very good and that is all. The Windham Ramada website boasts of the many amenities it offers; local shuttle, gift shop, business center, restaurant, lounge. None of them exist. I should have realized something was amiss when their main telephone number wasn’t being answered. STAY AWAY, is the best advice I can offer.

Second time consecutively that I’ve had an issue with the hotel staff being rude and in accommodating. I was snapped at, I understand the lady was in training, but after 2 hours waiting for check inn you’d think they’d try to assist the guest with waiting. She was doing her best frustrated but rude and uncaring.

stayed here 4 years ago and had no issues. This time my stay was horrible and by the time in done complaining and contacting corporate I'll be refunded all my money. I had to switch rooms because my 1st room had no hot water and room wasn't cleaned all weekend. Staff is complete morons and refused to give me information to corporate. I'm in utter disgust with this place. my second room was no better and again the staff is not helpful at all. Heard one guest mention a roach...like I'm so annoyed.
