DO NOT COME HERE!!!! First I waited in line for a hour just to book. Then after we come back to the room there's no hot water they haven't fixed it they didn't care and wasn't trying to give us anything off the room.. so we basically had to go somewhere else just to shower! Save yourself the trouble DON'T STAY HERE!!!!
We waited 30 mins to check in at 7 PM because a room was not ready, only 2 of the 4 elevators work, vending machines have no drinks, the gift shop had drinks but the cooler was hot, the only option for breakfast is a $15/buffet, we had 2 towels for 3 people and my sister had 1 towel for 3 people, no one would answer at the front desk, and at 9 PM there was a line at the front desk and no one had been seen for 30 mins.If I had plenty of money to spend I would leave and go to … See more

Ramada plaza by wyndham Atlanta Stay away from this place. It’s terrible in all the senses. My worst experience. It’s not clean, you can see cockroaches, they don’t attend the rooms in the day, they overbook the nights and when you get here to check in, they send you to the airport that happens to be also Ramada group. It’s a fraud! The personal it’s not friendly. The elevators doesn’t work, you get stuck in there.
Had the worst time booking in. Had to wait over 3hrs in line , because they had one person checking people in.
My daughter and friend had reservations made over two months ago. They stood in line for over 3 hours and never got to check in tonight. She and her friend finally just left without checking in so they could get to the Passion conference. Found out later the hotel had way overbooked and had no way to accommodate all the people with reservations! While they were waiting, other guests who checked in came back down saying the rooms were dirty or there were other people already in them. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion... read more
We made reservations back in February for New Year’s Eve. When we got to the hotel the lobby was full of people waiting to get checked in. We waited over two hours and were never helped. They only had one person to check in people. We never got our room and were tiled to leave the premises by the police. Worst service we have ever had.
