Do NOT book a room at this hotel! We did and arrived late at night only to be told they had overbooked and we were left with nothing. They had overbooked by 40+ people so the lobby was a disaster of upset people with no where to go!

Worse experience ever!! Had a confirmation number but room was cancelled WITHOUT notification because a card was no good but yet it gives you the option to pay at hotel?!?! Why would you not alert your costumer before cancelling their room..not knowing your “what could have been customer” was FOUR HOURS from home. Front desk was no help and the “supervisor” wouldn’t come to the desk to speak me NOR pick up the phone! Sorry excuse for a business.
Save your money and don’t stay here. I made a reservation for this weekend almost a month ago and paid for it ahead of time. I called today and yesterday to tell them I needed a late check in. When I got there they said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. Then I had to get a refund. What a bunch of idiots.
RecommendedDidn't realize the Bar and Grill Restaurant would be closed. But the Staff have been very helpful. Gave me directions to local eateries and such, so I'm cool. Nice and comfortable hotel.
This is by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Front desk staff was unfriendly and borderline rude....but let's talk about the actual facility. When we arrived only 2 of the 6 elevators were working however when we checked out it was down to just one that has to be some kind of code violation. Our room did not have a peep hole there was a napkin pushed in the hole, the sprinkler was broken and we also did not have the main light source in the room. Poor attitude towards customers, phone was missing buttons, faucet in tub shot off and started spraying water everywhere, roof in lobby was leaking. over all just bad
Horrible experience. Right off the bat, staff was rude. Get to the room, no hot water then nossle blew off into the tube and started to over flow. Someone in the lobby was complaining about ants along with our problems. Staff act like they didn’t want to help. If you are looking for this hotel to stay at RUNNNN DONT DO IT!!! I beg of you, don’t make the same mistake. This place is a joke.
