$10 per person for continental breakfast which my husband was told would be free when we checked in. When we got home we realized we had left my daughters blanket that she's had FOREVER, I called and left a message never got a call back after 2 weeks. I called back and spoke to someone who said as soon as she talked to the person in charge of lost and found she would call me back that been a week. I will be calling back tomorrow this is ridiculous!
This hotel sucked i will not be coming here again! Never seen house keeping, no fridge or microwave in the room. We have to pay for parking! No continental breakfast. The receptionist both of them were very rude! They gave me the wrong room and it looked like somebody was laying in the bed. They never apologized! I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANYMORE! And they had roaches!!
This is the second Ramada in less than a month, I will never stay at another Ramada hotel again
Horrible! Staff was not friendly! No complimentary breakfast! No good food!! Had to wait hours before able to check in!!
Don't ever stay here...it's nasty and dirty. Customer service is horrible. From the time I checked in I was unsatisfied. Someone needs to call and report this place. They do not need to be open. House keeping showed up at 5pm. Always had to go to the front desk to get items they said they would bring to you.
I guess it was better than sleeping outdoors. Its a shame, the lobby was not bad and this hotel could have so much potential. Staff was weak. Continental breakfast was a shame. Four mini chocolate doughnuts, white bread. All cheap carbs. Two bananas and 4 apples. Room had stains on the ceiling. Lamp shades in room were torn and crushed. If there were negative star option I would give them negative 5 stars. Horribly rude reception and the advertisements online were misleading. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
Never again...i will be calling corporate on Monday!!!
Bad service rude bartender seem to be on phone and playing with a kid sitting on the bar.
