Worst hotel I’ve ever been to is an understatement . Two whole days and the throw up from someone in the hallway is still not cleaned up. Changed rooms and room keys do not work. Elevators don’t work. Staff is completely clueless and don’t know anything. Management should be ashamed of the place they are running. I’d have a better stay in a dumpster than this crap they call a hotel.

Do not hold a conference here. I'm here for the day for a conference and the lobby and conference room are about 60 degrees. Despite multiple requests to increase the temperature, we're all huddled at our tables wrapped in scarves and winter coats. The restrooms are filthy with nonfunctional toilet paper holders and paper towel dispensers. The staff have been rude and unaccommodating. The PA system was glitchy and it took an hour for staff to come and fix it. I've been here for conferences before and it's only gotten worse. ... read more
This hotel is disgusting. Rooms were nasty, there was blood in our bathroom upon arrival and SO much more. Worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here.
