Friend got stuck on an elevator while trying to get towels because housekeeping never cleaned the room or bought fresh towels. When we complained to the front desk, the front desk clerk huffed and rolled her eyes. Also whatever this is on our ceiling. Also also, where the emergency exit map is supposed to be!
I will discourage anyone from staying here. This is a nasty place. Bugs on the floors and walls. We had reservations and still waited for over 2 hours to get checked in. STAY AWAY!!!!
Checked in at 2pm, no rooms were ready until 5:30. 50 people in line waiting to get checked in. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. Never brought any up to the room. Asked several times. Our AC was out and the came on the final night at 9:30pm to change the unit. Very rude lady up front. Did not care to help anyone. just said, if you want to cancel then go ahead. I have the reviews the benefit of the doubt and this is the one time I should have listened.
Need to be shut DOWN!!!! ppl waiting hours to checkin and bathroom nasty. only to ppl at counter while a line is wrapped around the building its 9:00 at night. rooms promise to be ready by 4p.m.
No early check in here-as a result there are 46 (I counted) people in line to check in-only 1 employee at the front desk checking people in!
