Missed 4 deliveries, charged me 2 of these deliveries (13 and 20), customer service carefully wrote down all my complains and promised someone will call back, but no one ever called. The worse service I ever got. Just called to terminate my account and dispute missed deliveries I've been charged. I hope with this customer service this company will get out of business ASAP.

This review is for DS Services of America, inc. Sierra springs water. I had this water for a month now and loved the water but I had to call up the customer service wondering where my Bill was at that time I asked them to send me a calendar and was told I should be receiving water every two weeks. In short: expensive and the water order is ALWAYS wrong. I've been a customer for about half a year and I don't believe I have ever received a correct delivery in all that time. The website is confusing to navigate, the invoices are extremely unclear, and the service is VERY expensive. All I can say is unbelievable. I've never seen anything like it. To keep your sanity, don't waste your time and money. I wrote a review before, but my computer timed out and I lost it all. DS/Crystal Rock, I just cancelled my service for July 26, 2018. Never seen anything like it. Everything is bad from the CS, billing, delivery even their water products. The containers were dented and dirty, etc. I really don't see how they stay in business.

I became acquainted with DS Services by using Sparkletts in the Oklahoma City area. Once I agreed to use their Aqua Café bundle where they provide a water cooler with coffee maker and two boxes of coffee for a set price each month service bottomed out. I had to call each time to get what was promised then they would still not deliver. Hello, I received my first water delivery 6/22/2018 without notification. I came home to a dispenser that has been sitting outside my door. When I plugged the dispenser in, it started to smoke and caused my fire alarms to sound. I called to inform the company of this defective machine and possible safety issue. 1 star rating is too generous for this company. I signed up trhu Costco for their Alhambra water delivery services.
