This is by far the worst experience I ever had. When I signed up with the company they set up a delivery date (2 times) of which I had to rearrange my work schedule. And they didn't show and didn't call either time. at that point I called and canceled. After that the route manager "allen" called me and begged and asked me to give them another chance and he was very sorry because they were short staffed. I had a real issue with DS Services delivering my water to me. For two weeks in a row they skipped my delivery and I ran out of water. I called them on August 19, 2017 to cancel my service. I immediately signed up with Ozarka and they have been fantastic. Give you 2 hour delivery windows and actually show up. DS Services says they will come out between 8 and 5 and never show up and reschedule without letting you know. When I cancelled on 8/19/2017 they said they could not pick up their equipment until 9/1/2017. I thought thi... read more

I am a customer of DS Services in Grand Prairie, Texas. We have been using them for Sparklets water. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have repeated problems with timely delivery. I previously contacted the branchanagee and he was able to improve my service. In the last year I experienced several missed deliveries and went without water several times. This company has the absolute worst customer service. I waited on hold for over an hour and was transferred to incompetent representatives each time. I was overcharged on my bill and received no explanation as to where the charges came from. BEWARE!!!

These people are terrible. The person doing our deliveries left them in April and since then we have yet to be able to get a water delivery, we have called them over 20 times and always end up on hold then eventually get an automated message to use their website or email them. I have done both of those and it takes them a week to respond with a generic we are sorry for your inconvenience email that then again asks me to call them or use their website to contact them. I've been with Deep Rock/Water.com (serviced by DS Services) now for about 2 years and it took nearly 5 months to correct missed deliveries, one after another. Frequent billing mistakes, and now I'm canceling my service with them after they secretly raised the rates of the Hot/Cold Cooler rental, contrary to the contract I signed at Costco when I signed up. It's bad enough they raised the cost of their water, but then they raised their Energy Surcharge, and now the rental of their cooler? This company nickel and dimes you, ... read more

Terrible service, called many many times, no deliveries, still charged! STAY AWAY!
