We canceled our service originated through Costco in August 2017. First, we canceled our service with DS Services because they delivered 10 bottles to our house after I paused my delivery for a month (we were moving and had to move with 10 bottles of water since they kept delivering them when we weren't home without our consent). We have been trying to cancel service with this business for weeks. Thay have missed equipment pickup promises causing loss of income while someone stays home for the entire day waiting for route driver to arrive. Meanwhile water keeps being delivered. We have spent hours on the phone each time being transferred to a new person who has no idea what is going on and has to start over new.
I was a Crystal Springs customer until they failed to show up for a scheduled delivery. When I asked why, the company told me they ran out of water. The driver told me the truck broke down. The company had no empathy, made no effort to apologize or repair our relationship. Their customer service sucks in my opinion.

I live in Boston and have subscribed to a water delivery. They have missed the delivery window over six times, never informing me. When I finally got ahold of customer service, I was told that they would be delivering on specific dates. They missed those windows, too. I have nothing but negative experiences with this company.

We canceled our service as a cost saving measure. When we returned three full bottles, they did not credit us for the water. They only credited us for the bottles which was not disclosed. Very disappointed w/this whole experience.

Water is usually delivered on schedule. However I can't remember the last they came. We are out of water so I had to schedule a call in. Customer service was rude, they couldn't locate my account and when they finally did they said it was inactive due to not having deliveries! Are you kidding me?! Then I find out the reason my account is inactive is because my delivery guy was on vacation and they failed to re route my account. I have been a customer over 35 years . The services started to get so bad that I had to other choice but to discontinue the service. I have been calling over a month for sparkletts to come pick up my 5 empty bottles and have called in over 5 times. I requested to speak to a supervisor but they said that was not possible. Now I'm getting delinquent notices with late charges tacked on because they said you haven't received my bottles. I was a customer with a rival water company until a customer service representative offered me a BOGO (buy one get one free) deal on my first month if I switched to Alhambra. On October 12th, I walked into the break room and encountered a large puddle of water around our bottom load water cooler. I reached out to "DS Services" (Sparkletts), and was told that no one could come out until the 19th. I was displeased with this answer, but what more could I do! They own EVERY water service imaginable so basically they can do what they want, and they make sure you are very aware of that.
