Absolutely the worst experience ever. They don't deliver on the scheduled days and end up delivering on random days at their leisure. They deliver and don't pick up bottles as scheduled leaving me with a room full of full and empty bottles. I am going to raise this issue with Costco as well (through which I signed up for this service). Costco should not be working with such a bad vendor. Customer service is useless and not helpful at all.

Random deliveries are the least of an issue with them, the real trouble is with their systematic business practice of harassing customers when you terminate their service. They provide you with pickup dates but never show up. I was provided a couple of pickup dates including the last one for 04/24 while no one ever shows up neither the customer is notified. This company recently started supplying the distilled water for the Walgreens NICE brand, In the tulsa OK area. Previously it was Music Mountain water company, in Arkansas. I noticed the difference , right away, as i have had a bad taste in my mouth. I had to start filtering the bottled distilled water to even make it drinkable. sh I could give zero for this company. I canceled my account last week and was told to leave my empty bottles outside today so they can pick them up and my account was canceled and at zero balance and I would get a credit for the bottles (deposits I initially paid). Today six bottles of water were left in front of my door. I called and had to call six different times because I kept getting disconnected because of their phone service. Hmmm...same negative experience than most of these customers. Water delivery is the worst (you order 2, they send 3). You ask them for a date, you wait, and they don't show up. You call them (wait on hold for 15-20 mins), just to get an apology and a new delivery date and...it never happens...they keep on moving the delivery date. The worst customer service ever.. We got an old water dispenser (we were expecting a new one) which stopped working within 2-3 days. Since then we have been calling them to repair/replace the dispenser but they have been rescheduling. We called last Wed (4/18) and were told we will have someone on Friday.
