Good afternoon: On previous occasions I've contacted Crystal Springs Water in reference to our account #*************** in reference to the bills. We cancel our service as of September 30, 2016. On our 9/15/2016 bill (see attached) we were given a credit in the amount of $73.72, leaving our account with a credit balance of $2.67. Immediately after we cancel our service and requested to have the cooler and remaining gallon bottles to be returned. Worst customer service ever. They skip deliveries and reschedule them for the day after without notifying you. This happens over and over again. At this point, I have no idea when my water will be here. It is scheduled for a full week after the real date. No one has any answers and every time you call or are transferred, they verify the same information with you every time. Taking more time and discouraging customers from calling.

Crystal Springs Water in Orlando consistently does not deliver my Voss Water. I spend over $200 per month with them when they will bring me what I want. Invariably they miss deliveries and never call and never have what I have requested. They advertise this product heavily and my wife and I have grown to ONLY want VOSS water but we simply cannot seem to get it consistently. We want the 500 ml mostly but order the larger and the smaller sizes as well in plastic. They NEVER keep an adequate supply on hand and the route drivers... read more

I am severely disappointed in this entire company. After having worked with them for more than four years, with just a few issues, we decided to get coffee services through them. They came out and delivered the coffee services, and then we never heard from them again! Suddenly, I get a call from collections. I am wondering how I am getting a call from collections, given that we are on AUTO WITHDRAWAL, but I am told that we are in collections. DS service has the worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. I am appalled by how they get away with lies and screw ups day after day. I dont understand how Costco even allows them to have the floor space to have Costco's reputation tarnished by these crooks. DS has missed 4 consecutive scheduled deliveries with each one being confirmed twice before via email and phone, yet they just never show up and give you some BS excuse and reschedule it again just to not show up again. My husband and I have been long time customers with Crystal Springs and haven't had any big issues with them in the beginning. But as time went on, we started to notice things like bottles weren't being delivered on the expected delivery dates, the amount of bottles would be wrong, and getting billed for bottles that weren't actually delivered. I'd advise strongly against choosing any water delivery company listed under the parent company DS Water Services: this includes Crystal Springs, the named company I dealt with. After 24 years as a customer, I recently closed my account -- following more than a year of deteriorating service: nonexistent or unscheduled deliveries, failure to pick up empties, and continued billing for $12: ostensibly for 2 bottle deposits. Wow, I wish I read all these reviews before choosing this company for water delivery! And I wish it was possible to give zero stars! This company has TERRIBLE service and it has been such a huge headache dealing with them. I just want to be DONE with them for once and for all, but it's like they're haunting me. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with in my entire life. Even 5 months after cancelling all my services with them, I am still dealing with their mess. Not one single one of my orders were delivered correctly, they never contained the things I would order, not even my standing order was correct. How do you mess up something THAT DOES NOT CHANGE?
