In the last 16 months, Crystal Springs Water (DS Services) has missed my delivery at least 5 times. When I call to ask about it, I am told "it was missed" and I am asked to reschedule and given a date that is sometimes a week or more out. When I ask why it was missed, I am told it is not noted on my account why it was missed. Most recently, my delivery was missed due to Hurricane Irma, which I totally understand. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Your time is not valued to this company. They fail to keep commitments and they are not to be trusted. I waited and called them for 2 1/2 weeks to remind them to pick up their equipment. I started service 9/23 and didn't get it resolved until 10/16-made many phone calls, spoke to many people, wasted 2 full Saturdays, waited after work, No one calls back, No one shows up as schedule appointments.

They are probably fine for people with only one delivery address but we opened an account for two and its been the biggest headache. I've spent hours on the phone and ultimately paid for charges that shouldn't have been charged. Their billing system is very unfriendly and confusing for the consumer. I was billed late fees and paper invoice fees on account that I closed/merged! The invoices were being sent to a different address and the charges were accumulating for months without my knowledge. They drop off more bottles than requested to boost their revenue. It is an long complicated process to cancel an account. I am in the process of returning their rental products back to them and they gave me a 9 hour pick-up window.

We were a business customer for 17 years and they just stopped delivering. When you call customer service, after holding for 20 minutes, they are no help. They say a local rep will call and they never do. They cannot even tell you the name of the local person or give you then phone number or explain what the problem is. I sent over 10 e-mails and didn't get a real reply to any of them. This business is a classic example of a customer bear trap. They have rescheduled deliveries 4 times now within the same week without OUR PERMISSION. Since signing up for the services late August, we have received a total of 2 deliveries and both were not on time. When we called to inquire about possible solutions we were transferred multiple times to different "Escalation Specialists" and "Account Executives", all of whom promised action but we have yet received a delivery or call back. ds services is the worst delivery company i ever came across. the delivery schedule is far from accurate when a whole month without receiving water. then when my business moved location i called to cancel my services. 5 months later i get a call from the collection department saying i haven't been paying for my services. when i tried calling them not only is it nearly impossible to get a hold of them but they say they couldn't find why I'm being charged and its out of their hands.

The worst customer service. The worst delivery in South Florida Broward County. They provide you a delivery schedule then change it automatically. Was supposed to get delivery Sept 5th well in advance of hurricane Irma. I called to see when delivery. No call back. Then was schedule to Sept 7th. Never showed up. Called again Monday Sept 18th for manager to call me and never a call back. Today is Sept 21st and still no water. Our experience with Crystal Springs through DS Services has been nothing short of terrible. I am shocked that Costco would contract this company, as they are not reliable or reputable. We have always struggled to have our water delivered on the dates scheduled for us. We would have to call every other week to remind them to deliver our water, which I feel is unacceptable. Even after going out of our way to ensure we received our water, we would rarely receive our water bottles on the scheduled dates. Additionally, this compa... read more
