Crystal Springs bought out our local water delivery company. Since the time they took over, our water was delivered at the end of the driveway with the trash. After several calls and very long periods on hold I spoke with a representative that was going to contact a route manager and have them contact me. Never in my life have I EVER dealt with such incompetence. I truly feel as if I'm being scammed. You know the saying "If someone shows your who they are believe them." Its so true. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I also have been promised pickup of my equipment and DS Services has failed 4 times to show up. I am at the point where I want to drop off my equipment to get the water cooler and 9 empty bottles out of my house. Customer server won't give me the address to drop it off. they keep telling me "sorry" and that I am on the schedule. But they never show up!!! It has been frustrating dealing with DS Water Services. I enrolled into their water services through the Costco with the understanding that Costco vets their vendors for Quality and Customer Service. However, this has not been the case and after reading some of the complaints on this site, it is appalling that Costco continues to use them to lure customers into unfulfilled promises. We have a business account and DS Services has been price gouging us for years. We order over 20 bottles monthly. They promise a price guarantee for one year but never follow through. When our water person came to drop off they even told us that DS doesn't care and never follows through on what they say. I'm not sure if it was with this particular center but I have Sparkletts and I'm leaving. I had the worse delivery service. Every other delivery it was something. If it was possible I would give this company a zero. This has been the worse service I have ever experienced. The customer services representatives are rude and blatantly lie in an effort to resolve any issues you call about. Run far away and never do any business with this company. I signed up for bottled water delivery via Costco expecting the same courteous honest customer service.
