************* DS service is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They made erroneous claims on delivery and pick ups. They never were able to get the monthly bills correct. Finally I cancelled and wanted nothing to do with them. I called numerous times no response. Next thing I know it is in collections for $277.00. I have been calling customer service, they continue to tell me that they sent an email to the local branch, I have yet to be contacted and it has been several months. Nothing has been resolved.

The company to this day owes me a credit from over TWO years ago, when they erroneously over-delivered water that I did not order, admitted to their error and picked up the over-delivery, but still charged me for it. DS Services missed a water delivery on 9/13/18. I have been writing / calling them ever since. I've accumulated nearly 10 emails back and forth. All they do is promise a date and they just don't deliver. I have requested an escalation via phone and in writing. Their customer service says there is no way internally for them to speak to a branch manager. All they can do is "email a branch manager". Really!!!!! Just tried getting answers from their "customer care" department. DS Services turned our account over to a collection agency without ever sending us an invoice or any type of notification. The $2.74 monthly charge was supposed to be automatically paid through a credit card and I was unaware they were not getting paid. If they had just mailed me an invoice the problem would have been solved immediately. Now they want $170 for the equipment and $40 for a collection fee. Terrible Customer service who think they are doing you a favor. They were over billing me for a good 7 months and though they credited the amount back after my intervention - they were completely unapologetic and made it sound as though it was normal to have a glitch in the system. Did not even offer a courtesy remedy for wasting a good 30 minutes of my time talking to them and of course the stress.

This company is absolutely horrible. They failed to provide me service, claimed that they did so (essentially calling me a liar), and demand payment of over $200. Paid multiple times in the hopes of getting service only to have them claim I paid once. And now they've threatened my credit despite my claims of their companies failure to provide service. Worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. Billing errors every month, I cancelled the service and they did not come to pick up the rented cooler on the agreed upon date so they charged me another full months rental.Returned 5 empty bottles at that time and received no credit. Called customer service, after 2 hours on hold was told they would correct the problem. Just received another bill wit $3 tacked on for the statement fee. I am now out $31.44 extra. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!!!

This company was terrible to work with. They do not deserve to be sponsored by Costco in my opinion. If you have a problem, you get the run around because communication within the company doesn't exist.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company. They never delivered the water, Ever! First delivery: no show; no call. I spoke with a salesperson who lied and claimed he was a supervisor; he rescheduled me for the following day.
