My experience with DS Services is consistent with all the below reviews: HORRENDOUS. Since May, I have made nearly a dozen phone calls to the 8004WATERS customer service line to get water delivered to my facility as scheduled. Deliveries are regularly missed and rescheduling does no good. A delivery that was supposed to occur 8/9 was missed, the reschedule for 8/12 was missed, the reschedule for 8/14 was missed, the reschedule for 8/16 was missed. We'll see what happens today... Our company has had a terrible time with customer service. We canceled our service in November 2018 and asked them to pick up our equipment. They did in December and we paid our final bill and was told they canceled our account. Then we get a delivery of three bottles February in the kitchen and no one knew about this. We then got a bill in for those bottles. We called and spoke to someone who assured us that our account was canceled and they could pick up the bottles and zero out the bill. I've been trying to return my equipment now since February to no avail. Now I have a collection agency trying to get $ when I have the equipment but no one picks it up. I've called in 7x asked for supervisor to call me to get picked up so I can pay final bill. Unfortunately no one is every available they have to have someone from my region call me but again have never received a call. I'm currently online filing out BBB complaint due to this unnecessary added stress and inconvenience. We've had to be home more then 5x from 8... read more

Tried the service and didn't love it. Called to cancel and waited for my bill. It never arrived and they never reached out to me. It was like $14 dollars but they sent it to collections plus late fees at $72. Not fair. They should have mailed/emailed/called to get their money.

If I could give a negative review, I definitely would. 1. The worst customer service. I did an address change and it took me 2 weeks, 5 different customer service representatives and 5 calls (each 30 min. long) to finally do that. Meanwhile, they delivered my water to a wrong address. 2. They put my large water bottles in front of someone else's apartment and we had to carry it back. Delivery service is just horrible. 3. I am beyond livid with this company! I called to place my account on hold because I was moving and all they told me was to call back once I wished to resume services. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that I was sent to collections for over $350!! Are you serious?! I am beyond livid they had in their notes that I spoke to them in January and put the account on hold could they not call?! This is an awful company that is damaging to your credit. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I worked as a route manager in Washington. The position is essentially an under paid route driver with additional responsibilities from 5:30 am to about 8 O'clock every day M-F! You are paid for an 8 hr day which will always work a minimum of 12 and many times 14 or more. You may on a rare occasion actually work only 8 hours. You will be overworked and get ZERO compensation for your time beyond the 8 hr day.
