This company is a joke! Never in a million years did I think I would be charged for empty plastic bottles not being returned. Apparently if you don't recycle your bottles with them they charge you $6 a bottle! It cost $6.49 for a FULL ONE... I wish I could give them no stars! I had to call their customer service department on multiple occasions, they kept emailing me about delivering water when I asked for the account to be stopped AND NEVER DID THEY SAY I HAD TO RECYCE THROUGH THEM. Very Underhanded company that uses small local branches to confuse and make it difficult to pinpoint one company. I used a local serves ran by DS named Crystal Springs it is a water bottle delivery service the 5 gallon jugs. They rented me 2 coolers that they charge me monthly for. I asked them to stop sending me 2 bottles a month as It was too much but they kept delivering 2 bottles every time a few weeks ago they called me said I owed them 54$ I told them that's fine send me a bill and I will pay it. instead 2 weeks later ... read more

The account was sent to collections as of April 16, 2020 due to the payment history. The worst business ever. Crystal water in South Florida is far far better than Deeprock services in Denver. they never keep the word and never deliver water on time. Worst one. took only because its related to Costco.

I'm a new customer, they have pushed back my delivery date numerous times.. we are in a global pandemic!. if your not going to be competent and do your job, don't take peoples money and waist peoples time! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

Delivery drivers, issuing FALSE Delivery Ticket to charge Surcharge within delivery skipped. Also NOT refunding bottle deposit within promising of 48th hours. They have a dishonest business practice act.

I signed up to get this water service through ******. Their service was a constant problem for the 3 years I had them deliver water. My account was setup to deliver water ONLY if i put empty bottles out, and then only replace as many as i put out. They were constantly dropping off 2 bottles when put 0 bottles out. They even went so far as to drop off 4 bottles when I put 2 bottles out with a note saying I didn't need any. This recent problem was the most shocking. I'm trying to clean up my account. I'm a new customer and not impressed as a first impression. Sitting on hold for hours and have to give up. Online is no better. I signed up at Costco. Now I have two account numbers. I got an invoice with one Acct number but my online account is a different number with no info on my Acct. We have been with DS Services for three years and have not had many issues until recently. We have been out of water for three weeks now. We have had our promised delivery date moved numerous times.
