DS Services has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. During my first call with them, I had hoped to set up water delivery but the person handling the call was so bad I told him to cancel everything... I did not want their service! They charged me for delivery anyway and dropped off 3 bottles in my driveway the following week. I immediately called to have them pick up the water and to give me a refund. It took 2 more calls before they agreed to give me a refund BUT when the refund came through it was ov... read more

The WORST service I've ever had. I've finally hit my limit. My last water delivery was on Nov. 2nd. I was given and billed for a product that I didn't order. I called them and arranged to return it with my water delivery on Nov. 14th. On Nov. 15th, I called and asked where my water was? They said I would get a delivery on the 21st. When that never came, I called again was told I'd get delivery on Nov. 30th. I cannot believe the customer service from this place!!!!! I was from Deep Rock when they acquired them in 2011 and never had any trouble until now when they increased the monthly rate to what was far beyond the local rate when I was with Deep Rock! I canceled my service when I received my invoice on Oct 1st with Valerie in Customer Service who told me I would receive a $72 credit on my account. and advised not to pay this bill due on 9/22. Worst experience I've ever had, from Day 1. They left water and water cooler on my porch, instead of coming in to set it up like they were supposed to (worst part is, I was home! I stayed home from work because they said somebody HAD to be there for set up). I set the thing up myself. The next time the came to deliver, they left three 5-gallon bottles in the middle of my steps (I live in a two family, and it was directly blocking the way in), left the gate open, and, since they didn't venture all the way up to my door, ended... read more

Easily the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. The Associates are not friendly, do not listen and can provided no assistance for problem resolution, at least in my case. I ordered new water service for my new home in Anna, TX - I ordered the service on-line with a requested delivery date of November 7th. I followed up with a call to customer service - as I do not always trust the accuracy of on-line ordering. We have been customers for almost 10 years, never late with payment. There were changes in our AP department and the new AP person was unaware to watch for a bill. We never received anything in the mail or a phone call for 6 months. Someone called our office October 15, we requested all bills, updated the information they had on file, and processed payment for $1181. The check cleared our account October 26. I became a customer 4/18/2018. I signed the contact that said each bottle of water was $5.00 and a bottle deposit of each bottle was $6.00. They delivered three bottles of water and the delivery man handed me cups. I was told that my estimated bill was to be $26. I was extremely upset when I received a bill for $62.96. They charged me $6.99 for each bottle of water, a paper invoice fee, energy surcharge and charged me for the cups that the delivery man had given me. Since I first became a customer of Sparkletts (DS Waters of America) July 27, 2018, i have had rude, crappy drivers, no show deliveries, incomplete orders, promises to correct issues, broken water unit, weeks without a delivery- even though I was scheduled for delivery and rescheduled 3 times and still no show, and above all else, lies... Steer clear of Sparkletts. My water delivery was supposed to be be 5 days ago. They missed the delivery and cannot give me any details as to why. They were supposed to rush deliver the water the next day, but that never happened. Called them again and they promised to rush deliver the next day, again never happened. Called them AGAIN, same promise, still no water. Their customer service is a 3rd party call center, this call center tells me they are unable to call and get a status, they can only text the company.
