This company is an absolute scam. If you see them soliciting at your local Costco, please steer clear. My wife tried to go online and make a payment, but the system wouldn't accept it. She was told the credit card had expired, even though it hadn't. Then she was told she had insufficient funds in the account to pay, even though that was not accurate. She called the company and was told they had turned our account over to collections and they wouldn't take a payment over the phone. So my wife calls the collections agency, who... read more

DO NOT USE CRYSTAL ROCK or "DS Services of America" or whatever they are calling themselves now. (The name has changed a few times this past year. Alhambra cannot get it right in any fashion. Every time I have contacted them, they have failed to make the corrections needed. Even after I have communicated effectively and the service agent has assured me that the problem (whatever it may be at that time) will be corrected, they do the exact opposite of what they were supposed to do. I have used this water delivery service for 7 months and had countless numbers of issues with deliveries and pickups. First, they said you can update your delivery frequency on their website. The request will never make to the driver who actually delivers the water and always leave the wrong number of bottles at my door. Next, when I call the customer service number to resolve the issue, they all promise to have the driver correct the mistake but the driver would never show up. I scheduled delivery of a new water cooler and 5 gallon bottles. I did it way in advance. I explained to them when I ordered that I could only be home on a Tuesday. They said they'd be here on 12/10/2019 between 8am and 5pm. So I waited. For 9 hours. They never came. I called the 800 number. The lady said she'd find out what the problem was and would call me back. She never called back. So I called the 800 number again. Although the water quality is good. I have had many issues with this company. I signed up to have water delivered automatically every 2 weeks. My delivery day fell on a holiday (Thursday, Thanksgiving) last time and I wasn't contacted ahead of time in case I wanted to reschedule. So I added a delivery day for the following Monday (which was the next available) and they called me the day before to confirm that I was all set for Monday. No delivery occurred on Monday. I started delivery service in September of this year and have had several issues concerning delivery. My most recent issue occurred last week. I called customer service to check on delivery scheduled for 11/27. Advised the rep that normally I get a reminder and did not this time. The rep told me that my account was showing as canceled and that she would have to transfer me to a higher rep. I made arrangements to skip a month as I was away on vacation. I spoke to someone who said it wouldn't be a problem. I get back from vacation and called them to restore service and the representitive said I was sent to collections and told me I had to contact them directly. Long story short, I told them to pick up their equipment, and empty bottles. My employer also had service with this company which I promptly had cancelled. Very bad business practices........lost 2 accounts. That's how it goes.

This company acquired a small water distributor in my area. I have received fictitious billing for services that I have never received from DS Services . They are billing me for items before I was even a customer. I have spoken with customer service 5 times in 2 weeks with no avail. Even though the customer service representatives are courteous on the phone. It appears that they are reading from a chart , no one seems to make a decision.
