Crystal Springs had a representative come to my office offering to supply water for our business. They gave us a free water bottle to test out their product and the representative told us he would return within the month to see if we were satisfied with the water they provided and then would set up a contract with us. He pitched to us that a jug of water would be less than ten dollars a month. I left a review about a month ago but am forced to leave another. I am still waiting a month later for my overpayment of $203.01. After they were contacted by the BBB, they sent me an awesome email from the Office of the President apologizing and promising to send my money immediately. Since then, they've promised three times that the money has been sent. They PROMISED on 1/16 that the money had been sent and it could take up to 10 business days (mail never takes that long). I have no contract with this vendor but they are holding me to their policy which is if i have their equipment i am getting charged. i called this vendor and spoke to representative Christian in Jan 2019 as I had my kitchen remodeled and we decided we no longer wanted the filtration system installed so our plumber disabled the system. I also called about 2 months later because they still didn't pick up their water filtration system and it was an eye soar in our front porch. We are a condominium complex that uses Crystal Springs. We rent SIX coolers and anywhere from 15-20 bottles every two weeks, so we are not a tiny account. In the last year the service has gone completely downhill. They have skipped the last two deliveries with no explanation or apology, yet whenever I call they say there is a delivery scheduled "today" and they will text the driver who will call us with an ETA. Sparkletts is the worst company I've ever worked with. First, I was underpaying by about a dollar per billing period (they gave me the wrong total). So every month they were adding a late fee and before you knew it, I owed hundreds of dollars. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss. So I began overpaying (I use Bill Pay through ****). So I'm owed $203.01 and I have tried and tried to get it back. They break promise after promise. I cancelled my service with DS Water service because they routinely failed to deliver on my scheduled Delivery day. I cancelled the service on November 9, 2019. Paid my account In full and scheduled an appointment for them to pick up the dispenser and bottles on November 11, 2019, they were a no show. I called on the Nov. 11th after 4:00 pm and was told my pick up was rescheduled for Nov. 12th (no one notified me of this change) they failed to show on the 12th also. I can understand why Costco is not dealing with DS Services of America, Inc. We moved and were not sure how delivery would work at our new location so we canceled our service. It took over a week to have our equipment after promising pick up every day. We decided to restart water service and have been waiting for two days for delivery. We call in the morning to confirm our delivery for the day and are assured it will arrive. At 5:30 we call again and they say it was moved to the next day as there is a shortage of equipment.... read more

DS Services systematically employs fraudulent business practices. The company defraud customers in the following manner: When a customer cancels its service with the company, the company claims to schedule a pick up of the remaining water bottles and any water coolers. However, such a pick-up never occurs, despite repeated calls to their customer service department: A pick-up is scheduled, then missed; a call is made to reschedule, then that rescheduled pick-up is missed.
