We had been with Deep Rock for 10+ years and over the past few months we are told they will deliver water to us but don't, we are closing our account but they won't pick up the 12 empty bottles we have or pay us the bottle deposit owed and we also have a credit on our account of $37.69 that has not been returned to us. This is the WORST company I have ever done business with. Been canceled for about 8 months with them owing me almost 200 hundred of dollars in refunds that they promise to send each time I call them but instead they continue to bill me for services that are canceled every month. I am trying to figure out my next step in letting the world know to never do business with them.

Attempted to reach Service Rep.,James M*******, with difficulty.. We only use water service 3 months of the year when Tax business is open at two locations. Had not received a statement for 2018 service and questioned why when we finally got a response from the sales rep. He had us call customer service because he could not explain why. They have missed our delivery for 3 months. Calling customer service is like calling a black hole. They can't call out. The best they can do is email the local or regional representative. Then this group NEVER calls back. I highly recommend to NOT use DS Services

I was dealing with Sparkletts in Phoenix AZ. Do not deal with company! I had service with them for about 6 months and when I left town for 6 months, the driver told me dont worry about it we will put your account on hold and just keep the cooler that you are renting. When I got back they charged me for the cooler and said I owed them all this back money, I made the mistake of telling them to just charge my card on voicemail, and so they racked up as much as they could possibly justify, cause they know you aint gonna sue them... read more

This whole process has been horrible. I terminated service in the summer and wanted to use up the water and be re-billed for the water minus the deposit for the empties. I have several calls to this company re: the pick up of empties and they have not come to get them. I have received a somewhat nasty note that my account is past due. For the past month, I've been calling DS Services of America at least once (though usually more and right before the holiday break--multiple times a DAY) a week to try and figure out where my office's water delivery is. Each time I'm assured that it's either on it's way or coming the next day. It's been over a month and it hasn't arrived. If I call after 3, I'm told they can't do next day deliveries. nothing but problems since DS services took over Crystal Rock since October. the delivery date was changed from November 9th to the 23rd of October with very little warning not enough to make accommodations.
