I am DISGUSTED with Kentwood Springs Water. They are fraudulent, UNBELIEVABLY unhelpful with customer service, charge for water that isn't ordered, take weeks to pick up water, take forever to complete refunds (if they ever do), have a billing information that is so confusing you never know what exactly you need to be refunded. The WORST business I have ever used.

There needs to be a negative star count for this unethical company. I request pick up on 10/29/19 when they delivered early (again), without notice and left bottle on sidewalk (again) for anyone to take. Delivery was scheduled for 11/5/19 and driver came a week early without notice to me. I called customer service just after 9 am and requested driver return and pick up bottles and equipment. I have contacted DS Services over TEN times in the last three weeks. They repeatedly skip delivery dates, and then reschedule and skip again. I have had correspondences with the route manager, the supervisors, and now even the regional manager. I'm even being charged for bottles of water that I'm not receiving. I call and I am getting no where with customer service. I haven't received any emails, just the automatic ones they send after you call customer service. Absolutely awful! Cancelled account six months ago and still haven't picked up equipment and continue to charge us. Even chased down a delivery truck on the street to get this equipment back to them to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

They do not communicate or merge your accounts when you have more than one account then they suspended service for being past due, in which you had no knowledge about in the first place. I cancelled my service today, they are unprofessional, consumer pays for their mistakes. I will never again use them or refer them like I had in the last several years!

I used to take water from them a few years, they used to be good, then all of a sudden, they didn't deliver the water, I called several times, they kept promising & changing dates, at the end after a couple of month's they said, "we are sorry, but it's really out of our way, so we can't deliver anymore to your area". I see them passing *** 3 minutes away from my house all the time, so it's not so out of their way, but let's put this aside. How is this company still in business - with an A+ rating!!! They changed our delivery schedule in summer to a monthly schedule instead of every 2 weeks and we ran out of water. Got the schedule changed back, but needed an immediate delivery of water. Got the delivery after hours, but that cancelled our scheduled delivery, so needed another delivery before our scheduled date. Sparkletts Water They sold me their Service in Costco for $20 a month ,2 5 gallon waters Every month they will deliver IF I needed , they charged me $20 in Costco store , and signed up ,they deliver a cooler and 2 big water(5 gallons) ,,few days later they billed me for $40 I waited think this is for next month , on 3rd month I did not need water , (so far I paid $60+) for 4 bottle of water , in 2 month , I called and told them , Please no more , come and take your stuff , they kept delivering water , next time I put a note ... read more

Horrible!!! We switched to them when we moved, but the equipment was broken when they delivered and no water came with it or was delivered; and now we have a collection account for $536?!?!
