RecommendedThis property is gorgeous & immaculately clean. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was very well done, with lots of options. My only regret is I forget my swimsuit for the indoor pool.

Horrible front desk staff. RUDE AND NASTY WOMEN WITH NO EMPTHAY FOR OUR SITUATION. We drove from Oklahoma with two of our kittens and we reserved this hotel because their website says PETS ALLOWED. OUR POOR KITTENS HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR ALL DAY AND THEY SAID NO CATS. THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTE PET NEGLECT WHEN THE KITTTENS ARE EXHAUSTED AND HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM. RecommendedFrom the moment I arrived it was an experience. The design is beautiful and rooms were bright and clean. However, the staff is what would bring me back over and over. Friendly and helpful are understatements. Every single team member I encountered ensured I was okay or if I needed anything during my stay. And when I did need assistance, with a smile and taken care of within moments. I applaud the management for creating this atmosphere and the employees for carrying it through their day. Thank you.
