Room Ventilation and A/C not maintained properly. AC on rooms assigned to us were just like on Fan Mode and no cold air which was very inconvenient if you are on vacation.
RecommendedThe room was beautiful. But the only issue was they pride themselves on the bay view but the windows were very dirty and could easily of been cleaned.

RecommendedThis is one of our favorite hotels to stay at. The rooms, the view and the romantic feel is absolutely amazing!
the hotel was very nice. we took our kids swimming though and there was so much chlorine in the pool that it stripped the color out of our bathing suits, changed the texture of my 6 year olds hair to the point of having to go to a salon to have it deep conditioned and gave all 3 kids swollen eyes the next day. they gave us some money off the room but swimmers beware. the money off the room doesnt cover the loss of bathing suits or salon fees.
