The young girls when I checked in were so busy giggling that they forgot to give me my goodie bag for being a diamond member so I ended up having to go back downstairs when I realized there was no water in my fridge. They were at least sweet. The lady at check out was downright rude and I told the valet that I'm not going back to that hotel and plan to let my company travel agency know as they rely on us to keep them informed for future travel.

I love Embassy Suites always. This time I was not here for stay but here for work training. I didn't like that I could not log in for WIIFI because I didn't have a room #. I was willing to pay the $9.95 fee but it would not let me because I was not staying in the hotel. I feel if you are going to do seminars and training people should be able to work while at the hotel.

We had a great stay. Breakfast and Evening complimentary happy hour were very good. We received a copy of our invoice at check-out. When we checked our charge account upon returning home the charge was approximately $47.00 more than the invoice. When my husband called he was told "this is a guaranteed amount". This amount would be credited in 5 to 7 days and the correct invoice amount would be charged. This procedure is not acceptable.
Friendly staff except why don't they provide slippers in the room?
Nice place to spend.. Very quite and very good service . Good job Hilton.
