Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and courteous. The room that we stay was very nice and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately, our suite was missing a bedroom door and the fire alarm went off and woke us up - only to be a false alarm! Normally I would not have minded but hubby and I were trying to rest following a long and sleep deprived week. Also, when I checked in, my order of champagne, strawberries and snack platter was not received by the hotel. Another big bummer. I'm handicapped and found the facilities beyond belief. the shower is awesome. The staff even brought our luggage up to our room. The bell water fountain in the lobby is very soothing.
