Well my short weekend ended terribly when I go to my car and find out it got broken into. I find out that they claim no responsibility because I didn't have valet parking. So I'm screwed because I don't want anyone else driving my car. I'm a guest. A paying guest and the fact that I was told to park somewhere else unknowing that they don't patrol that area. Why couldn't I park in their garage. Why do I have to pay someone to park my vehicle when I don't want them in it. Really. The hotel should have to pay to repair my windo... read more

Guests may choose to park elsewhere but with the understanding that we do not operate these facilities and we have absolutely no association with them. Normally when we go into the bay area we stay here! Actually been there off and on over the past 7 years. Never had a bad experience... But this weekend was awful!! Kids running around playing knocking on people doors and running. Domestic violence issues going on. Police out front. My son's backpack got stolen with his basketball shoes and uniform In it, I suspect the security guard did it. I'm waiting on a call from a manager since yesterday - still nothing!! I felt more like I was at a Motel 6 than an Embassy!

Great hotel. We always use this hotel when we go on vacation and for the hubby and I to just get away without the kids. Embassy Suits gives us snacks and drinks in our room because we use them so much. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is good.

Looking for a nice big clean room to stay in, with crappy service, stay here! Service is everything, and this hotel lacks just that. Called for robes In the morning.... never showed up. Called for ice (because you can't get it yourself), room service shows up with toilet paper. Come on. For a quality hotel, you're better than that!

THE SUPERVISOR AT FRONT DESK ANNE WAS RUDE AND RACIST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT HER COMPANY THE WAY SHE WAS READY TO CANCEL MY STAY INSTEAD OF accommodating the guest. She argues with guess and when she saw I was calling the front desk she never answered the phone I had to walk down to the front desk and when I saw her I figured out that's why my calls never got answered. Bart train is 6 feet from the room window. No self parking, valet only. No local parking options. Just not a guest friendly hotel
