The atmosphere in the atrium lobby is nice and peaceful. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. I accidentally left a pair of shoes behind and can't get any response from "lost and found", the general manager, or housekeeping supervisor. Hiking boots are not cheap, but I'm getting the idea that this hotel is.

The guest you are referring to was not locked out of their room for any malicious reason; their key had timed out because the length of the stay of the reservation had ended. This is protocol at all hotels, so a departing guest who does not return a key no longer has access to their former room. Our staff accommodated the guest as soon as we became aware of the situation. I'm amazed to see all these negative reviews. My wife and my children had the best time ever at this hotel. I have stayed at many hotels on vacations and business purposes. This was the best experience my family has had this far. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Even the valets were overwhelmed with people and obnoxious attitudes and they still provided great service with a smile on their face. Not to mention their DAILY HAPPY HOUR was an awesome treat for parents and kids as well. We cannot wait to come back as a week... read more

We haven't even checked into this hotel yet and the ballet is already treating us like crap because we pulled up in a work truck. Unless you are driving a Tesla and look like you've been on your knees under your bosses desk to get that corner office you will not be treated with respect.
