Major construction is an understatement with a bulldozer in the middle of the hotel. Staff is friendly. Elevators are terrible and breakfast was mediocre at best.

If it wasn’t for Jessa, Briana, Demi and Diana I wouldn’t even give 3 stars or stay here when on business. It’s hit and miss with service from others. Same for cleanliness. Some weeks are better than others. I’ve stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites and they are usually the best. Unfortunate I can’t say that with this one. Not very impressive.

Pretty decor, clean rooms, and the staff was great. Except 1 guy that worked the breakfast. He may need to go to a customer service training or go elsewhere for work.

Awful experience never again will I stay here I was harassed every 10 min and treated like a criminal I had my daughter 6th birthday this weekend the pool under renovation they confiscated my daughters balloons from us and was told she could not have balloons in the room she cried of course me and my guest spent a whole lot money that night on adult drinks I doint know what the problem was but this is unacceptable made my experience a living hell. I will be calling corporate to complain.
Hotel is under construction in November 2017 but they don't mention it on their website nor tell you when you check in you will have people hammering and sawing over head and have paint/solvent fumes in your room. Calling front desk gets a suggestion that you move to the Hilton in Concord. Yes, the front desk would rather you stay somewhere else, so do that from the start and avoid this hotel.
