I really hate to leave a negative review but this hotel has some problems. A few issues are out of their control but still issues nonetheless. I rarely stay in hotels with an atrium and now I remember why. It is so loud. If you are needing rest this is a huge negative. Another noise factor is you can hear BART trains constantly. Both of these issues aren’t the hotels fault but impact your stay. Now to the biggest issue- WiFi. WiFi is terrible. Updated rooms are really nice but the wireless internet in the guest rooms is almost nonexistent if you’ve got work to do, stay somewhere else

I valet parked my vehicle at this hotel and when I returned my vehicle it was damaged. The valet parking employee damaged my car and I had to file a personal claim for it because it is going to be a costly repair. When I attempted to handle this with hotel management directly the issue was ignored, which shows a complete lack of concern for the safety and service of it's guests.
