We liked having everything we needed on property. Also loved the fact that Bart had a stop right there. (:

Horrible service here! Not to mention the kid that almost drowned in the pool and the fact that I had to pay to park my car. I'll never stay here again.

Nice hotel; friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious; happy hour is very generous. I would stay here again.

Stayed here the beginning of July, still waiting to hear back from management about our bad experience. Had issues with no air conditioning with a promise of points back to our account from Momim at the Front Desk that never happened.

I booked a room at the Embassy for the 20th of this month in Walnut Creek,so I can use the pool and hot tub. I paid a month in a advance only to find out afterwards that the pool is not available and Now they don't want to refund my money.And also for my inconvenience they want to charge me and extra 50 dollars to change my resvation date, when I was under the impression that these activities were available to me at the time of booking.
