Valet parking was full. Over charged my friend card 3x times more than our stay. Stayed at way better hotels.
The accomodations were nice but the pool was not available during our stay due to construction and this was not divulged during booking. I expect all amenities in place at the time of booking. Considering swimming was one of the plans on my son's itinerary for his 16th birthday weekend, I was not pleased with the faux pas.
Parking was crazy and full, told us they had a indoor pool and it was closed the whole 3 nights we was there. Elevator was over crowded and was scary...felt like the floors was leaning. The worst visit in my life.
Booked a double bed.....upon arrival we were told they didn't have one...room was too small...and extremely cold even though we turned the heat real up...not coming back again.
7 am there are jack hammers shaking the whole building til 7pm , no sleep or rest , my room was near the elevators and you could hear them all night threw the walls. I called the manager and left a message because I wanted to change rooms but he never called back. Not worth the money , next time I'll stay somewhere else
Excellent stay!!! Great night sleep!!! Staff was very nice! Room was emaculate!! Love the welcome home effect when I walked in my room. Would stay here again.
This was not a good visit for my husband and I. We were giving the wrong information when we booked. Had to get TV replaced. Was told we would get a king bed but got a queen. We asked for valet parking and when we got there they said they were full and we couldn't receive valet parking. Hotel is too expensive for all the flaws. Manager did give us a discount but we will not be going back again.
I make use if the Hilton yearly for DragonCon. I have no complaints
